Vin rouge en levures indigènes et SANS sulphites ajoutés, très fruité, des tanins soyeux, une bouche juteuse et une finale sur la fraise écrasée. Idéal en apéritif, sur de la charcuterie, viandes rôties ou grillades pour déjeuner au soleil. C'est le Rouge de notre Gamme Plaisir "Les Valet de Trinquevedel", issue d'un terroir de Cru mais revendiquée en Vin de France. Travail minutieux en vigne et cave pour produire ces vins de copains, gourmands, sur la légèreté, pour un plaisir immédiat.
