Wine making

Viticulture in the process of conversion. Traditional hand picking into small crates. Whole grapes, Total carbonic maceration, Pressing, Malolactic fermentation. Ageing in epoxy-resin-lined cement vats, Bouchon technique en liège. Sols siliceux (sables, graviers...).
